Host Services definition

Host Services means the provision by the Host of all support services (save for the day to day administration undertaken by Staff in accordance with their duties) required by the Cwm Taf Social Care Workforce Development Service including but not limited to Financial (Accounts, Payroll, Creditors, Debtors, Insurance) Human Resources, Health and Safety, Legal, ICT, Estates, PR/Marketing, Information Management, Internal Audit and Procurement;

Host Services means the provision by the Host of all support services (save for the day to day administration undertaken by Staff in accordance with their duties) required by the School Improvement Service including but not limited to Financial (Accounts, Payroll, Creditors, Debtors, Insurance) Human Resources, Health and Safety, Legal, ICT, Estates, PR/Marketing, Information Management, Internal Audit and Procurement the costs of which shall be charged to the CSC Joint Education Committee through Service Level Agreements.

• You are responsible and liable for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of anyone you allow to participate in providing your Host Services.

• The Collaborating Practices shall provide the Host Practice with such information as may reasonably be required to permit the Host Practice to ensure that the Host Services are provided by appropriately skilled, qualified, experienced and trained personnel and shall be fully responsible and liable for the acts and omissions of such personnel arising out of this Agreement.

Host Services. That collection of services specified to be provided by the entity acting as host of RE/MAX Mainstreet, including without limitation, services such as security, help desk, billing, Email and other specified ancillary services commonly or customarily performed by a site host.

Law (i) any applicable statue or proclamation or any delegated or subordinate legislation or regulation; (ii) any enforceable EU right within the meaning of section 2(1) European Communities Act 1972; (iii) any applicable judgment of a relevant court of law which is a binding precedent in England and Wales; (iv) Guidance; (v) National Standards; and (vi) any applicable code. in each case in force in England and Wales. Losses all damage, loss, liabilities, claims, actions, costs, expenses (including the cost of legal and/or professional services) proceedings, demands and charges whether arising under statute, contract or at common law but, to avoid doubt, excluding Indirect Losses. Monitor the corporate body known as Monitor established under section 61 the Health and Social Care Act 2012.

Host Services means the hosting of the Client Website on the Host Site;

Host Services services provided by the Host to Flown and Members, as detailed throughout these Terms & Conditions.
