Host Jurisdiction definition

Host Jurisdiction means the Party within whose governmental jurisdiction the Task Force is operating at a given time pursuant to this Agreement. In the case of overlapping jurisdictions, the Host Jurisdiction shall be the party granted the authority by the Governing Board to determine the details of the Task Force deployment on a given day.
