Hospital or sanitarium means an establishment that provides accommodations, facilities and services over a continuous period of twenty-four hours or more for observation, diagnosis and care of two or more individuals suffering from illness, injury, deformity or abnormality, or from any condition requiring obstetrical, medical or surgical services.
Hospital or sanitarium means a public or semi-public facility that provides accommodations and services for the sick and injured including obstetrical, medical and surgical care.
