Hong Kong Subsidiary definition

Hong Kong Subsidiary means any Subsidiary of the Lead Borrower incorporated, organized or established under the laws of Hong Kong.
Hong Kong Subsidiary means NetQin International Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong and of which 100% equity interest is directly owned by the Company.
