Hong Kong Regulators means HKFE, SFC, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and/or any other regulatory or supervisory corporation, organization or body in Hong Kong having jurisdiction or regulatory or supervisory power or authority over the Transactions;

• Subject to as provided below, you shall, immediately upon request by us (which request shall include the relevant contact details of the Hong Kong Regulators), inform either us or the Hong Kong Regulators of the identity, address, occupation and contact details of your client for whose account the transaction was effected and (so far as known to you) of the person with the ultimate beneficial interest in the transaction.

• You consent to our disclosure, without your further consent, to the Hong Kong Regulators of information relating to the identity, address, occupation and contact details of the person with the ultimate beneficial interest in the transaction of (if different from the ultimate beneficiary insofar as known to you) of the party who originated the instructions for the transaction.

• You shall also inform the Hong Kong Regulators of the identity, address, occupation and contact details of any third party (if different from the client/the ultimate beneficiary) who originated the transaction.

• Alternatively, you may provide the required details directly to the Hong Kong Regulators in the manner described below.

• In the case where the Client's investment discretion has been overridden, the Client shall immediately upon request by the Company (which request shall include the relevant contact details of the Hong Kong Regulators), inform the Hong Kong Regulators of the identity, address, occupation and contact details of the person(s) who has or have given the instruction.

Hong Kong Regulators means the Exchange, the SFC and/or any other regulator in Hong Kong having jurisdiction over stock options or any other Transactions in Securities;
