Honeywell means Honeywell International Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Honeywell hereby grants to SpinCo a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except in accordance with Section 8.7), perpetual license to use, modify, enhance and improve Accelerator for any and all uses solely in the SpinCo Field.
