Contractor shall, from time to time, have the right to inform Owner by notice in writing whether any other parties are to be treated as competitors of Honeywell, BASF or [***] with respect to the aforementioned technology, as the case may be, for the purposes of this Section 19.2, and such competitors of Honeywell, BASF or [***] shall be treated as competitors upon approval of Owner (not to be unreasonably withheld).
