  • After the Contribution Effective Time, NewCo and the other members of the HomeAdvisor Group shall have access during regular business hours (as in effect from time to time), and upon reasonable advance notice, to the documents and objects of historical significance that relate to the HomeAdvisor Business, the HomeAdvisor Assets, NewCo or the HomeAdvisor Entities and that are located in archives retained or maintained by IAC or any other member of the IAC Group.
