Home Game definition

Home Game means each pre-season, regular season and playoff game of the Team and any NHL All-Star game held at the Team's home arena, which is currently the Arena.

Home Game means any competitive rugby game played by the first team of the Club at the Ground.

Home Game means a live sports event held in Washington state that is designated as a home game in an official schedule dis- tributed by the league of a qualified sports team at a home game au- thorized location.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Team shall be entitled to play, and the foregoing covenant shall not prevent or prohibit the Team from playing, up to one (1) of its NFL Home Games outside the Stadium during each NFL Season; provided that such exempt NFL Home Game shall not include any post-season NFL Home Game.

• The right of the Team to play one (1) NFL Home Game outside the Stadium during any NFL Season as provided in this Section 2.2(a) shall be non-cumulative and shall expire at the end of each NFL Season.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Team shall be entitled to play, and the foregoing covenant shall not prevent or prohibit the Team from playing, one (1) Home Game outside the Stadium that is scheduled by the NFL pursuant to an international, league-wide program, initiative or series during each NFL Season; provided, however, that such exempt Home Game outside the Stadium during any NFL Season shall be non-cumulative and shall expire at the end of each NFL Season.

• The Primary Account Holder or a Bearer in possession of or using any Ticket(s) consents to the use of his/her image or likeness incidental to any transmission or reproduction of a Home Game.

More Definitions of Home Game

Home Game means any League Game, Pre-Season Game or Post-Season Game to be played by the Chargers for which the Chargers are designated as the home team according to applicable NFL rules and procedures.
