Holiday Season definition

Holiday Season means October 15 through and including December 15 of each calendar year.
Holiday Season is defined as being the period beginning with Christmas and ending on New Year's Day.

Holiday Season means (a) the period commencing on October 15, 2010 and continuing through the first Sunday after December 15, 2010, and (b) the period commencing on October 15th and continuing through the first Sunday after December 15th of each year thereafter.
