Holdings Capital Stock definition

Holdings Capital Stock the Class A common stock, par value $.01 per share, of Holdings.
Holdings Capital Stock means all classes or series of capital stock of Holdings, including (i) common stock, (ii) all options, warrants and other rights to acquire such capital stock, and (iii) all instruments properly treated as stock in Holdings for U.S. federal income tax purposes.
Holdings Capital Stock means the capital stock and/or other equity interests of Holdings.

"Incapacity" as used herein refers to any disability that you may experience that entitles you to benefits under any long-term disability plan maintained by Holdings or any of its subsidiaries.
