HOLDING TANK WASTES definition

HOLDING TANK WASTES means a waste from solely domestic sources which have not been concentrated or had chemicals added to them.
HOLDING TANK WASTES means wastewater from facilities designated as holding tanks according to COMM 81-82 regulations.
HOLDING TANK WASTES means the liquid or solid contents of holding tanks or portable restrooms.

HOLDING TANK WASTES means the liquid and solids from residential holding tanks. This term does not include wastes from grease traps. See also, “Septage”.
