Examples of Holding facility in a sentence
Holding facility" means a facility or part of a building used for the detention of adult pretrial detainees prior to arraignment, release or transfer to another facility or authority for periods of up to 48 hours.
Custodial personnel who supervise inmates in, and supervisors of, a Court Holding or Temporary Holding facility shall complete 8 hours of specialized training.
The design of a Court Holding or Temporary Holding facility must include and comply with the following subsections of Section 13-102(c)6B: (1), (2), (3), (5), (6), (7), (9), (10) and (13).
HF.6 a.) Holding facility logs shall be maintained and contain the following: b.) Personnel on duty who are responsible for the holding facility;c.) Time and results of inmate supervision and counts; d.) The time, date, and names of inmates received and released or transferred, and the reason for the same; e.) Time of all meals served; f.) Date/time medication is administered and by whom; and g.) All shift activities, including any action taken handling routine or unusual incidents or occurrences.
