HKFRS Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards issued by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants
IASB means the International Accounting Standards Board;
UK GAAP means generally accepted accounting principles in the United Kingdom.
IFRS means International Financial Reporting Standards.
SEBI Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 together with the circulars issued thereunder, including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof for the time being in force.
Financial Regulations means regulations made under section 21 of the Act;
EU means the European Union.
EEA Regulations means the Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2006.
CFTC Regulations means the rules and regulations promulgated by the CFTC, as amended.
the 2000 Regulations means the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2000(b); "the 2001 Regulations" means the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2001(c);
U.S. GAAP means United States generally accepted accounting principles.
EU GDPR means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
Central Bank UCITS Regulations means the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement)
HKEx means Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited;
Central Bank Regulations means the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2013
ROC means the Republic of China.
the 2007 Regulations means the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (England) General Regulations 2007;
International Financial Reporting Standards means the accounting standards and interpretations adopted by the International Accounting Standards Board.
Hague-Visby Rules means the provisions of the International Convention for the Unification of certain rules Relating to Bills of Lading signed at Brussels on 25th August 1924 as amended by the Visby Protocol of 23rd February 1968 and the SDR Protocol of 21st December 1979;
