HK$ Equivalent of any amount denominated in US$ means the HK$ equivalent of such amount at the US$/HK$ Exchange Rate on the Listing Date. "Hong Kong" means the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the PRC. "Instrument" has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
