Historical Period definition

Historical Period means the period of time upon which allowable costs for the Work Activity Program are based;
Historical Period means a historical period for at least 20 years used for model simulation to allow the DNDC model to attain equilibrium in specific critical variables for which empirical data is lacking.
Historical Period with respect to any Permitted Acquisition, the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Primary Borrower most recently ended prior to the consummation of such Permitted Acquisition for which consolidated financial statements of the Guarantor have been delivered pursuant to subsection 12.1.

More Definitions of Historical Period

Historical Period for gas day D means the period of 425 gas days between 426 gas days before gas day D and one gas day before gas day D; and

  • Excess Cash Flow Payment Period with respect to the prepayment required on each Excess Cash Flow Application Date, the immediately preceding fiscal year of the Borrower.
