Historic properties definition

Historic properties means landmarks, landmark sites, or districts which are significant in the history, architecture, archaeology, or culture of this state, its communities, or the nation.
Historic properties means those properties that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of His- toric Places.
Historic properties means those properties that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of His- toric Places or properties designated as historic under a statute of the appro- priate State or local government body.
