Hired area definition

Hired area means that part of the educational premises to be used by the hirer described in the application to hire form.
Hired area means the specific areas and facilities to be utilised by the hirer for the event/s identified in the confirmation of hire comprising inter alia, exhibition halls, rooms and foyers;
Hired area means that part of the Premises hired by the Hirer as detailed on the Contract letter attached;

  • The Hirer will occupy, use and keep the Hired Area at the risk of the Hirer and releases, to the fullest extent permitted by Law, the School Council and its Associates from all Claims and demands of any kind for or resulting from any accident, damage, loss or injury occurring in or on the Hired Area, except to the extent that any damage, injury or loss is caused by the negligent or unlawful act omission or default of the School Council.
