Hire Commencement Date definition

Hire Commencement Date in relation to the Hire, means the earliest date as specified in the Agreement for the commencement of the hire of the Equipment and where applicable, the Labour; and in relation to each individual item of Equipment and Labour (where applicable), the date for the commencement of the hire of that item of Equipment or Labour (where applicable) as specified in the Agreement.
