HIPAA Security Rule definition

HIPAA Security Rule as defined in 45 CFR Part 164, Subparts A and C;
HIPAA Security Rule means the federal security regulations, as amended from time to time, issued under HIPAA and set forth in 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164 (Subparts A & C).
