HIPAA Security Regulations definition

HIPAA Security Regulations means the regulations promulgated under HIPAA by the United States Department of Health and Human Services to protect the security of Electronic Protected Health Information, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and 45 C.F.R. Part 164, Subpart A and Subpart C.
HIPAA Security Regulations means the HIPAA Security Regulations codified at 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and 45 C.F.R. Part 164 Subpart A and Subpart C, and Subpart D.
HIPAA Security Regulations means the regulations at 45 CFR §160 and 164, subpart C.

  • Business Associate agrees to use appropriate administrative, physical and technical safeguards, and comply with the Security Rule and HIPAA Security Regulations with respect to Electronic PHI, to prevent the use or Disclosure of the PHI other than as provided for by this Exhibit.
