HIPAA Privacy Regulations definition

HIPAA Privacy Regulations means the HIPAA Privacy Regulations codified at 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and 45 C.F.R. Part 164, Subpart A, Subpart D and Subpart E.
HIPAA Privacy Regulations means the privacy provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and any amendments thereto.
