Highly Confidential Information definition

Highly Confidential Information means Proprietary Information that is marked “Highly Confidential Information” when disclosed in written form or is otherwise designated as such hereunder.
Highly Confidential Information means information that the Submitting Party has kept strictly confidential; that is subject to protection under the Freedom of Information Act; that the Submitting Party claims constitutes some of its most sensitive business data which, if released to competitors or those with whom the Submitting Party does business, would allow those persons to gain a significant advantage in the marketplace or in negotiations; and that is described in Attachment 1 to this Protective Order, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Highly Confidential Information means information relating to this Agreement and/or the AACS Technology and/or the Specifications which information is marked “Highly Confidential Information” when disclosed in written form or indicated as “Highly Confidential” when disclosed orally and confirmed by any Licensors or AACS LA in writing within thirty (30) days to be “Highly Confidential,” provided, however, that those AACS Keys listed on Appendix 1 to the Compliance Rules shall be treated as “Highly Confidential Information” regardless of whether or not they are marked “Highly Confidential.”

  • It is critical that Highly Confidential Information be kept secure and protected from unauthorized disclosure.

  • If Adopter is required by law, regulation or order of a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to disclose Confidential Information or Highly Confidential Information, Adopter shall notify DTLA as promptly as possible, and shall, upon such DTLA's request, reasonably cooperate in challenging or restricting the scope of such required disclosure.

  • Adopter shall notify DTLA in writing immediately upon discovery of any unauthorized use of Proprietary Information and any unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information or Highly Confidential Information, and will cooperate with DTLA in every reasonable way to regain possession of Confidential Information and Highly Confidential Information and prevent its further unauthorized disclosure and to prevent further unauthorized use of Proprietary Information.

  • Any use of the Confidential Information, Highly Confidential Information, or any Work Product not specifically contemplated in this Agreement shall be considered a material breach of this Agreement.


More Definitions of Highly Confidential Information

Highly Confidential Information means information that is not otherwise available from publicly available sources; that the Submitting Party has kept strictly confidential; that is subject to protection under FOIA and the Commission’s implementing rules; that the Submitting Party or a Third- Party Interest Holder claims constitutes some of its most sensitive business data which, if released to competitors or those with whom the Submitting Party or Third-Party Interest Holder does business, would allow those persons to gain a significant advantage in the marketplace or in negotiations; and that is described in Appendix A to this Protective Order, as the same may be amended from time to time; unless the Commission determines, sua sponte or by request pursuant to paragraph 4 of this Protective Order or Sections 0.459 or 0.461 of its rules, that any such information is not entitled to confidential treatment.
Highly Confidential Information means Keys, Production Credentials and any other material delivered to Licensee by CI Plus LLP which is so designated. Licensee shall implement and maintain security measures for Highly Confidential Information that are in accordance with commercial practices for similar information. Such measures to include, at a minimum, the following:
Highly Confidential Information means any Confidential Information which the Protected Person, as defined herein, reasonably believes to be so competitively sensitive that it is entitled to extraordinary protections.

Highly Confidential Information means Confidential Information that is source code for products that are commercially released or for which substantial steps have been taken to commercialization, and personally identifiable information regarding customers and employees.
Highly Confidential Information means employee, volunteer, student, or teacher data including, but not limited to student identification number, social security number, phone number, email address, gender, ethnicity, race, xxxxxx care status, disabilities, school, grade, grade point average, standardized test scores, assessment data, after school activities, highest grade completed, discipline history, criminal history, free or reduced lunch qualifications, housing status, income, household income or payroll information. In performance of this Agreement, both parties shall have access to or receive Highly Confidential Information. Each party shall not use or disclose any Highly Confidential information without the prior written consent of the other party.
