Highlight Report definition

Highlight Report means a report to be prepared by the Contractor and submitted to the Authority within two (2) Working Days of the start of each Reporting Period that outlines the progress of the Installation and Commissioning for the previous Reporting Period and the planned Installation and Commissioning for the current and next Reporting Period, together with details of the Contractor’s progress against the Milestones and any key risks and issues that may have arisen;

Inactive Records means a Record which is no longer referenced on a regular basis, but must be kept for administrative, historical or legal purposes and is therefore stored in a less accessible place since it is not used frequently.
Highlight Report means a document, issued by the Company to the Customer at the frequency set out in the Project Initiation Document, which provides a progress report with a summary of the project status, changes, key risks and issues;
