Examples of Higher Priority Service in a sentence

  • The receipt and re-delivery of Gas in amounts up to the Customer’s Maximum Daily Wheeling Quantity, as specified in Exhibit A of the Customer’s Hub Services Agreement, shall be available only in the event that all Higher Priority Service needs have been satisfied.

  • To the extent storage capacity that is utilized by an Interruptible Customer hereunder is needed by PERRYVILLE STORAGE in order to satisfy PERRYVILLE STORAGE’s obligations to Higher Priority Service, PERRYVILLE STORAGE shall require Customer to withdraw all, or any portion of, Customer’s Interruptible Storage Inventory within ten (10) Days of PERRYVILLE STORAGE’s notice, or such longer period as may be otherwise allowed by PERRYVILLE STORAGE at PERRYVILLE STORAGE’s sole discretion.

  • To the extent storage capacity that is utilized by an Interruptible Customer hereunder is needed by CADEVILLE STORAGE in order to satisfy CADEVILLE STORAGE’s obligations to Higher Priority Service, CADEVILLE STORAGE shall require Customer to withdraw all, or any portion of, Customer’s Interruptible Storage Inventory within ten (10) Days of CADEVILLE STORAGE’s notice, or such longer period as may be otherwise allowed by CADEVILLE STORAGE at CADEVILLE STORAGE’s sole discretion.

  • ILS rendered by CADEVILLE STORAGE to Customer under this Rate Schedule shall consist of the loan to Customer, upon nomination and subsequent confirmation, of daily quantities of Gas up to Customer’s Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity (“MDWQ”) as stated in the corresponding Exhibit A of the Hub Services Agreement with Customer, provided that all Higher Priority Service nominations for withdrawal have been satisfied and system needs allow.

  • ILS rendered by PERRYVILLE STORAGE to Customer under this Rate Schedule shall consist of the loan to Customer, upon nomination and subsequent confirmation, of daily quantities of Gas up to Customer’s Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity (“MDWQ”) as stated in the corresponding Exhibit A of the Hub Services Agreement with Customer, provided that all Higher Priority Service nominations for withdrawal have been satisfied and system needs allow.

  • Interruptible loan service rendered by MS HUB to Customer under this Rate Schedule shall consist of the advancement to Customer, upon nomination and subsequent confirmation, of daily quantities of Gas in storage up to Customer’s Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity (“MDWQ”) as stated in Exhibit B of the Hub Services Agreement with Customer, provided that all Higher Priority Service nominations for withdrawal have been satisfied and system needs allow.

  • The transportation of Gas in amounts up to the Customer’s Maximum Daily Wheeling Quantity, as specified in Exhibit B of the Customer’s Hub Services Agreement, shall be available only in the event that all Higher Priority Service needs have been satisfied.

  • To the extent storage capacity that is utilized by an Interruptible Customer hereunder is needed by MS HUB in order to satisfy MS HUB’s obligations to Higher Priority Service, MS HUB shall require Customer to withdraw all, or any portion of, Customer’s Interruptible Storage Inventory within ten (10) Days of MS HUB’s notice, or such longer period as may be otherwise allowed by MS HUB at MS HUB’s sole discretion.

  • Enhanced 911 Service (“E911”) means a telephone communication service which will automatically route a call dialed “9-1-1” to a designated public safety answering point (PSAP) attendant and will provide to the attendant the calling party’s telephone number and, when possible, the address from which the call is being placed and the Emergency Response agencies responsible for the location from which the call was dialed.

  • Advanced emergency medical technician or “AEMT” means an individual who has successfully completed a course of study based on the United States Department of Transportation’s Advanced Emergency Medical Technician Instructional Guidelines (January 2009), has passed the psychomotor and cognitive examinations for the AEMT, and is currently certified by the department as an AEMT.

  • Enhanced Service Provider (ESP means the provider of enhanced services, as those services are defined in 47 CFR Section 64.702.

  • Food service establishment means a fixed or mobile restaurant, coffee shop, cafeteria, short order cafe, luncheonette, grill, tearoom, sandwich shop, soda fountain, tavern, bar, cocktail lounge, nightclub, drive-in, industrial feeding establishment, private organization serving the public, rental hall, catering kitchen, delicatessen, theater, commissary, food concession, or similar place in which food or drink is prepared for direct consumption through service on the premises or elsewhere, and any other eating or drinking establishment or operation where food is served or provided for the public. Food service establishment does not include any of the following:

  • Enhanced softening means the improved removal of disinfection byproduct precursors by precipitative softening.

  • Advanced computing means any technology used in the design and development of 1 or more of the following:

  • Advanced Services refers to high speed, switched, broadband, wireline Telecommunications capability that enables users to originate and receive high-quality, voice, data, graphics or video Telecommunications using any technology.

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

  • Individual service plan means the written description of services, supports, and activities to be provided to an individual.

  • Shared Service means any service, other than a Utility Service or a For Profit Affiliate Service, provided on a Cost Recovery Basis by a Utility to an Affiliate or by an Affiliate to a Utility.

  • Enhanced Services means any service offered over Common Carrier transmission facilities that employ computer processing applications that act on the format, content, code, protocol or similar aspects of a subscriber's transmitted information; that provide the subscriber with additional, different or restructured information; or involve End User Customer interaction with stored information. "Enhanced 911" or "E911" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.3.1.

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • air service means a flight or a series of flights carrying passengers, cargo and/or mail for remuneration and/or hire;

  • Individualized family service plan means a written plan for providing early intervention services to an eligible child and the child’s family.

  • Cannabis establishment means a cannabis cultivator, a cannabis manufacturer, a cannabis wholesaler, or a cannabis retailer.

  • Third-Party Service means any service or product offered by a party that is not Company.

  • Life-sustaining treatment means treatment that, based on reasonable medical judgment, sustains the life of a patient and without which the patient will die. The term includes both life-sustaining medications and artificial life support such as mechanical breathing machines, kidney dialysis treatment, and artificially administered nutrition and hydration. The term does not include the administration of pain management medication, the performance of a medical procedure necessary to provide comfort care, or any other medical care provided to alleviate a patient's pain.

  • Scheduled Tribes means such tribes or tribal communities or parts of or groups within, such tribes or tribal communities as are deemed to be Scheduled Tribes in relation to the State of Maharashtra under article 342 of the Constitution of India residing in any part of the State of Maharashtra;

  • Approved Servicer shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Qualified Institutional Lender.”

  • Classification Seniority is defined as the length of service in a specific job classification within the bargaining unit, beginning with the date an employee starts to serve a probationary appointment. Classification Seniority shall be interrupted only by separation because of resignation, discharge for just cause, failure to return upon expiration of a leave of absence, failure to respond to a recall from layoff, or retirement.

  • Enhanced coagulation means the addition of sufficient coagulant for improved removal of disinfection byproduct precursors by conventional filtration treatment.

  • Non-Administrator Dialysis Facility means a Dialysis Facility which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan but has been certified in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.

  • Shared Transport is defined as local interoffice transmission facilities shared by more than one Carrier, including Qwest, between End Office Switches, between End Office Switches and Tandem Switches (local and Access Tandem Switches), and between Tandem Switches within the Local Calling Area, as described more fully in the Agreement.

  • Participating Prosthetic Provider means a Prosthetic Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Utility Service means a service, the terms and conditions of which are regulated by the AUC, and includes services for which an individual rate, joint rate, toll, fare, charge or schedule of them, have been approved by the AUC.

  • Individual plan or "individual service plan" means the written description of services, supports, and activities to be provided to an individual.
