High Technology definition

High Technology means research, development, design, distribution, manufacturing or service activities utilising, employing or manufacturing product or processes which apply research, pharmaceuticals, bio-technology, electronics, robotics, informatics or other such scientific disciplines as the Landlord (in conjunction with the local planning authority) determines to be representative of the field of high technology;
High Technology goods or services means goods or services of a highly technical nature, including:
High Technology means technology with a high content of scientific research and technological development; which creates products and services with high quality and high added value; and which is capable of forming a new manufacturing or services industry or of modernizing an existing manufacturing or services industry.
