High Speed Rolling Stock definition

High Speed Rolling Stock means the conventional-compatible high speed rolling stock which is to be procured by or on behalf of HS2 Limited, and manufactured and supplied by the TMM pursuant to the High Speed Rolling Stock MSA;
High Speed Rolling Stock means the subsystem constituting rolling stock described in paragraph 2 of Schedule 1, capable of use on a rail network scheme; and “rolling stock” means a vehicle falling within the definition of rolling stock in section 83(1) of the Railways Act 1993(15) except that where such a vehicle can only be operated as part of a fixed formation multiple unit it means all of that unit;
High Speed Rolling Stock has the meaning given in Annex 11 (WCP Franchisee);

High Speed Rolling Stock. MSA” means, as the case may be, either:

  • Bidders from a country which shares a land border with India for the purpose of this Order means:

  • Off-Road Vehicle means any vehicle while it is being operated on a road not maintained by a federal, provincial, state, or local agency, not including entrance or departure ways to private property, or any vehicle which cannot be licensed to drive on a public road and is designed and manufactured primarily for off-road usage.

  • Limited Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2017/2018 Delivery Year, a difference between the clearing price for Limited Demand Resources and the clearing price for Extended Summer Demand Resources and Annual Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Extended Summer Demand Resources or Annual Resources out of merit order when the Limited Resource Constraint is binding.
