High Speed Rolling Stock definition

High Speed Rolling Stock means the conventional-compatible high speed rolling stock which is to be procured by or on behalf of HS2 Limited, and manufactured and supplied by the TMM pursuant to the High Speed Rolling Stock MSA;

  • Rolling Stock means locomotives and other railway vehicles and includes related spare parts;

  • Single-family dwelling unit means a structure that is usually occupied by just one household or family and for the purposes of this Policy is expected to generate an average of 250 gallons per day of wastewater.

  • Non-Methane Hydrocarbons (NMHC means the sum of all hydrocarbon air pollutants except methane.

  • Bidders from a country which shares a land border with India for the purpose of this Order means:

  • Off-Road Vehicle means any vehicle while it is being operated on a road not maintained by a federal, provincial, state, or local agency, not including entrance or departure ways to private property, or any vehicle which cannot be licensed to drive on a public road and is designed and manufactured primarily for off-road usage.

  • Trailing Stop in CFD trading shall mean a stop-loss order set at a percentage level below the market price - for a long position. The trailing stop price is adjusted as the price fluctuates.   • Single Phase Aerosol Air Freshener means an aerosol air freshener with the liquid contents in a single homogeneous phase and which does not require that the product container be shaken before use.

  • Limited Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2017/2018 Delivery Year, a difference between the clearing price for Limited Demand Resources and the clearing price for Extended Summer Demand Resources and Annual Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Extended Summer Demand Resources or Annual Resources out of merit order when the Limited Resource Constraint is binding.
