HHSC Programs definition

HHSC Programs means the public health and human service programs administered by HHSC, including but not limited to Medicaid and CHIP.
HHSC Programs means the Medicaid and CHIP dental programs administered by HHSC.

  • Programs refers to (a) the software owned or distributed by Oracle that You have ordered under Schedule P, (b) Program Documentation and (c) any Program updates acquired through technical support.   • Managed Care Program means the process that determines Medical Necessity and directs care to the most appropriate setting to provide quality care in a cost-effective manner, including Prior Authorization of certain services.

  • Employee Assistance Program means an established program for employee assessment, counseling, and referral to an alcohol and drug rehabilitation program.

  • Research-based means a program or practice that has some research demonstrating effectiveness, but that does not yet meet the standard of evidence-based practices.
