Bidder must develop and implement a system of sanctions for any employee, subcontractor or agent who violates this Contract or the HHS Privacy Regulations.

The Parties agree that the this BAA shall be automatically amended, as is necessary, to incorporate new or modified requirements of HIPAA, HITECH, the HHS Privacy Regulations, or the HHS Security Regulations, as may be enacted or promulgated from time to time, and that no written amendment to this BAA is required in order to bind the Parties to its terms, as amended.
Guidance on an ambulance supplier’s compliance with the HHS Privacy Regulations is beyond the scope of this CPG; however, it will be the responsibility of ambulance suppliers to comply.
