Hexagon Group Company definition

Hexagon Group Company means Hexagon AB, a Swedish corporation, and any company that is directly or indirectly controlled by Hexagon AB. “Unternehmen der Hexagon Gruppe“ bezeichnet Hexagon AB, ein schwedisches Unternehmen, und jedes Unternehmen, das direkt oder indirekt von Hexagon AB kontrolliert wird.

  • PPM or a Hexagon Group Company, as applicable, shall include a trademark attribution notice giving notice of Xxxxxx’s ownership of its trademarks in the marketing materials in which Lessee’s name and logo appear.

  • Limitation Of Damages Neither PPM nor any Hexagon Group Company will be liable to Customer for lost data, the inoperability of the products, operating labor, or overhead.

  • Customer is liable for any additional subscription fees due to the applicable Hexagon Group Company in the event Customer exceeds the number of allowed Users or otherwise exceeds the scope of the subscription use granted by this Agreement.

  • PPM may assign the Agreement in whole or in part as part of a corporate reorganization or a sale of the PPM business, or to a Hexagon Group Company.

  • In no event shall any Hexagon Group Company, the authors or copyright holders of the open source software be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the open source software or the use or other dealings in the open source software.

  • Hexagon PPM Software Products and any software products obtained from Lessor, its subsidiaries, Hexagon Group Company or its/their distributors, including any technical data related to these products (“Technical Data”) are subject to the export control laws and regulations of the United States.
