Heritage Permit definition

Heritage Permit means a permit issued by the Director pursuant to this By-law allowing an Owner to take certain actions with regards to such Owner’s Property as stated thereon;
Heritage Permit means a permit issued by Council under section 33, 34 or 42 of the Ontario Heritage Act, to alter, erect, demolish or remove a building or structure.
Heritage Permit means the authorization given in writing by the municipality to make alterations, including demolition, to a heritage property;

Examples of Heritage Permit in a sentence

  • The Owner shall not, without the issuance of a Heritage Permit from the Town, undertake or permit any Building demolition, construction, reconstruction, renovation, restoration, alteration, remodeling, or any other thing or act which would materially affect the condition, appearance or construction of the Heritage Attributes.

  • The Tenant acknowledges and agrees that neither the City nor any City official shall be required to issue a Heritage Permit, nor shall the Tenant demand or be entitled to receive, any such permit while the Tenant is in default of its obligations under this Agreement.
