Hedging Banks definition

Hedging Banks any Bank or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates which from time to time enter into Hedging Agreements with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Hedging Banks means any Qualified Hedge Provider that becomes a party to a Hedging Agreement and its permitted successors (to the extent such successors are also Qualified Hedge Providers).
Hedging Banks means any Lender or Lenders which have entered into a Hedging Agreement.

  • A set of the copies of this Agreement signed by all the parties shall be maintained by the Fluor Member, Borrower, the Pre-Issuance Hedging Banks and the Trustee.

  • In the event that there are insufficient amounts to pay obligations under the Pre-Issuance Xxxxxx to the Pre-Issuance Hedging Banks in full, all available amounts (not to exceed, in respect of each Pre-Issuance Hedging Bank, its Swap Contribution Allocation) shall be applied pro rata to the payment of such amounts.

Hedging Banks means Dresdner Bank AG, London Branch and Macquarie Bank Limited and their respective successors and assigns, as counterparties under the Lender Hedging Agreements contemplated in accordance with Section 4.1(c) of this Agreement.

Hedging Banks means a counterparty to a Hedging Agreement which (i) is a Lender (as defined in the Senior Facility Agreement) at the time such Hedging Agreement is entered into, or an Affiliate of a Lender at such time, (ii) has the Minimum Rating at the time such Hedging Agreement is entered into and (iii) has acceded to this Agreement in accordance with the terms of Clause 5 (Hedging Banks: rights and obligations) as a Hedging Bank.
