Hedging Bank definition

Hedging Bank means any Person that, at the time it enters into a Hedging Contract permitted hereunder, is a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender, in its capacity as a party to such Hedging Contract.
Hedging Bank means (i) each Lender or an affiliate of a Lender which enters or has entered into a Hedging Agreement with a member of the Group.
Hedging Bank means any (i) Lender or (ii) Affiliate of a Lender which has delivered an Accession Letter in the form set out in Schedule 6 (Form of Accession Letter) in each case which has entered into a hedging arrangement with any member of the Group in respect of a Treasury Transaction.
