Hedge Transaction definition

Hedge Transaction means each interest rate cap transaction between the Borrower and a Hedge Counterparty that is entered into pursuant to Section 5.2 and is governed by a Hedging Agreement.
Hedge Transaction means each interest rate swap, index rate swap or interest rate cap transaction or comparable derivative arrangement between the Borrower and a Hedge Counterparty that is entered into pursuant to Section 10.6 and is governed by a Hedging Agreement.
Hedge Transaction means any commodity, interest rate, currency or other swap, option, collar, futures contract or other contract pursuant to which a Person hxxxxx risks related to commodity prices, interest rates, currency exchange rates, securities prices or financial market conditions. Hedge Transactions expressly include Oil and Gas Hedge Transactions.

Examples of Hedge Transaction in a sentence

  • The termination of a Hedge Transaction in these circumstances may result in a termination payment being payable by the Issuer.

  • The costs of CPO and/or CTA registration and the ongoing CPO and/or CTA compliance obligations of the Collateral Manager could exceed, perhaps significantly, the financial risks that are being hedged pursuant to any Hedge Transaction.

Hedge Transaction of any Person shall mean any transaction (including an agreement with respect thereto) now existing or hereafter entered into by such Person that is a rate swap, basis swap, forward rate transaction, commodity swap, interest rate option, foreign exchange transaction, cap transaction, floor transaction, collateral transaction, forward transaction, currency swap transaction, cross-currency rate swap transaction, currency option or any other similar transaction (including any option with respect to any of these transactions) or any combination thereof, whether linked to one or more interest rates, foreign currencies, commodity prices, equity prices or other financial measures.
Hedge Transaction. Each interest rate swap, index rate swap or interest rate cap transaction or comparable derivative arrangements as the Required Lenders may approve in their discretion between the Borrower and a Hedge Counterparty that is entered into pursuant to Section 5.2(a) and is governed by a Hedging Agreement.
Hedge Transaction means any transaction or trading position entered into or held by the Issuer and/or any of its Affiliates to hedge, directly or indirectly, the Issuer's obligations or positions (whether in whole or in part) in respect of the Credit Securities.
Hedge Transaction means each transaction between the Borrower and a Person entered into pursuant to Section 5.03(b) and governed by a Hedging Agreement.
