Hedge Providers definition

Hedge Providers means the counterparties to the Generator or its Affiliate under the Hedging Agreements;
Hedge Providers means any Person who enters into a Hedging Agreement with the Borrower or any other Obligor to the extent permitted under each applicable Secured Debt Document and who has complied with Section 3.8 or is a Lender Hedge Provider.
Hedge Providers means the Persons who are from time to time “Hedge Providers” as defined in the Facilities Agreement.

Hedge Providers has the meaning set forth in the Revolving Credit Agreement.
