Hearing aid specialist means any person engaged in the fitting, dispensing, and sale of hearing aids and providing hearing aid services or maintenance, by means of procedures stipulated by this chapter or the board.
Hearing aid specialist means an individual who holds a valid and active license to practice the dispensing of hearing aids in full force and effect pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 484, Part II, F.S., or the applicable laws of the state in which the service is furnished.
