HealthChoice Plan definition

HealthChoice Plan means the HealthChoice benefit plan designed to maximize Member’s insurance benefit and financially encourage Members to use Network Providers.
HealthChoice Plan means the EGID HealthChoice benefit plan designed to maximize a Member’s insurance benefit and financially encourage Members to use network providers.

  • These procedures do not guarantee a Member’s eligibility or that benefits are payable, but assure that the Medical Services to be provided are covered under the HealthChoice Plan.
