Health system means: (A) A parent corporation of one or more hospitals and any entity affiliated with such parent corporation through ownership, governance, membership or other means, or (B) a hospital and any entity affiliated with such hospital through ownership, governance, membership or other means;
Health care worker means a person other than a health care professional who provides medical, dental, or other health-related care or treatment under the direction of a health care professional with the authority to direct that individual's activities, including medical technicians, medical assistants, dental assistants, orderlies, aides, and individuals acting in similar capacities.
Health data means data related to the state of physical or mental health of the data principal and includes records regarding the past, present or future state of the health of such data principal, data collected in the course of registration for, or provision of health services, data associating the data principal to the provision of specific health services.

Health services means, but shall not be limited to, examination, diagnosis, evaluation, treatment, pharmaceuticals, aftercare, habilitation or rehabilitation and mental health therapy of any kind, as well as payment or reimbursement for any such services.

General anesthesia means a drug-induced loss of consciousness during which patients are not arousable, even by painful stimulation. Emergency medical technician means a person who is either an EMT-I, EMT-II, or EMT-P (paramedic), and possesses a valid certificate or license in accordance with the standards of Division 2.5 (commencing with Section 1797) of the Health and Safety Code.

Licensed health care professional means a person who possesses a professional medical license that is valid in Oregon. Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.
Mental Health Worker means an individual that assists in planning, developing and evaluating mental health services for Clients; provides liaison between Clients and service providers; and has obtained a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field such as psychology, counseling, or social work, or has two years of experience providing client related services to Clients experiencing mental health, drug abuse or alcohol disorders. Education in a behavioral science field such as psychology, counseling, or social work may be substituted for up to one year of the experience requirement.
