Health & Safety Policy definition

Health & Safety Policy means the health and safety policy below which shall be deemed to be an integral part of these Rules.
Health & Safety Policy means our health and safety policy as provided to you on or before entering into the Contract and as subsequently provided to you from time to time except any provision of any such subsequently provided policy that cannot be reasonably reconciled to ensure compliance with applicable Law regarding health and safety;
Health & Safety Policy means a statement of practices and commitments regarding the management of occupational health and safety in the workplace and/or health and safety of affected communities;
