Health Examination definition

Health Examination means the official procedure whereby visual inspections of plants, taking of official samples and laboratory analyses are used to determine the presence of harmful organisms on plants, plant products and regulated objects;
Health Examination means the medical examination done by a Healthcare Provider to determine health status and conditions.
Health Examination. Any food service personnel whose condition of physical or mental health is thought to be adverse to the welfare of the pupils or other employees may be required to undergo a health examination by a licensed physician at the expense of the school district.

  • Health Examination A health examination including immunizations is required for each child within 12 months prior to admission to the child care center or within one month after admission on the forms provided.

  • psychiatric emergency medical condition means a Mental Disorder that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity that it renders the patient as being either of the following:

  • Health care worker means a person other than a health care professional who provides medical, dental, or other health-related care or treatment under the direction of a health care professional with the authority to direct that individual's activities, including medical technicians, medical assistants, dental assistants, orderlies, aides, and individuals acting in similar capacities.

  • Health Department means the department of environmental quality, a city health department, a county health department, or a district health department, whichever has jurisdiction.

  • Medical history means information regarding any:

  • Medical means belonging to the study and practice of medicine for the prevention, alleviation or management of a physical or mental defect, illness, or condition.

  • Examination Criteria means the loan classification criteria employed by, or any applicable regulations of, the Assuming Institution’s Chartering Authority at the time such action is taken, as such criteria may be amended from time to time.
