Health and Welfare Fund definition

Health and Welfare Fund or “Fund” means the Trust Fund created and established by this Trust Agreement.
Health and Welfare Fund. A Health and Welfare Fund known as the Construction Industry and Laborers Health and Welfare Trust has been established by the Contractors and the Union by an Agreement and Declaration of Trust dated June 11, 1962, and subsequently amended and restated by the parties. The Contractors agree to abide by all terms and conditions of said Agreement and Declaration of Trust and by any rules and regulations or bylaws adopted by the Trustees of the Fund and further, to make payments to the Fund in the amount designated in the Wage and Benefits Supplement of the Agreement.
