Health and welfare. The County agrees through June 30, 2024 to continue to maintain insurance coverage for all employees and their dependents. The County's contribution towards payment of medical insurance premiums shall be paid at ninety (90%) percent. The employee will be responsible for payment of ten (10%) percent.   • Health and Human Services or “HHS” includes HHSC and DSHS.
