Headquarters Lease means the Lease Agreement between HEALTHSOUTH Holdings, Inc., as Lessee, and First Security Bank of Utah, N.A., as Lessor, dated as of November 16, 1995 providing for the lease to HEALTHSOUTH Holdings, Inc. of the land and improvements thereon located on the property described therein, as such Lease Agreement may be amended, modified, supplemented or restated in its entirety from time to time.

Headquarters Lease shall collectively mean that certain Lease Agreement between Southpointe Two Lot 2-6 LP, as Landlord and Consol Pennsylvania Coal Company, as Tenant, dated November 27, 2006, as amended and or revised by (i) that certain First Amendment to Lease Agreement, dated December 28, 2006, (ii) that certain Second Amendment to Lease Agreement, dated April 28, 2016, and (iii) that certain Assignment and Assumption of Lease, with an effective date of November 1, 2017, as executed and delivered by Consol Pennsylvania Coal Company LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, successor by conversion to Consol Pennsylvania Coal Company, as assignor, and CNX Land LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as assignee.

Headquarters Lease means a lease agreement to be entered into between the Company and Zephyr I, LLP, a North Dakota limited liability partnership with respect to the Headquarters in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit E.

The Headquarters Lease, duly executed and delivered by each of LNR Headquarters and Seller.
Nothing contained in this Section 16 shall be construed to limit or otherwise affect (i) the governing law and jurisdiction provisions of the New Headquarters Lease with respect to any dispute that may arise under the terms of the New Headquarters Lease or (ii) the law governing or jurisdiction regarding the Committee Claim, the OSS Administrative Claim or the Allowed Claim.

More Definitions of Headquarters Lease

Headquarters Lease means that certain Lease for Palm Terrace, dated as of December 10, 2001 (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time), by and between Del Taco LLC (as successor to Del Taco Inc.) and Palm Terrace Investment Group (as successor to Pacific Xxxx, L.L.C.), a Delaware limited liability company, with respect to Holdings’ and Borrower’s corporate headquarters or any successor lease agreement reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Headquarters Lease means the lease of the Parent of its ------------------ corporate worldwide headquarters located at 000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xx. Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000.
