Head Teacher Band 3 definition

Head Teacher Band 3 means a person who is appointed as such on either a permanent or temporary basis to perform a senior educational leadership role for a faculty, several faculties, college, campus, or region. The Head Teacher Band 3 does not have specific teaching duties allocated, but may take on direct teaching from time to time as needed.

  • Head Teacher means the head teacher of the Academy;

  • Career teacher means a teacher who:

  • Headteacher means the headteacher or principal of the Academy;

  • Classroom teacher means a teacher subject to annual performance evaluation review under the provisions of Education Law Section 3012-c.

  • Service Planning Team or “SPT” means a team who includes the Individual and/or the Individual’s identified support network, Contractor’s lead administrative staff supporting medical, behavioral and activity oversight called out in this Contract, Contractor’s Administrator or designee and ODHS Designee.   • Teacher means teachers, paraprofessionals, principals, school employees, contractors, and other administrators.

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;
