Head Lessor definition

Head Lessor or “Superior Landlord” means the person for the time being who owns the interest in the Building of which the Property forms part and which gives him the right to possession of the Property at the end of the Landlord’s lease of the Property.
Head Lessor means the U.K. Lessor. -----------
