HCBS waivers means home and community based ser- vices waivers.
HCBS waivers means home and community based services waivers. "Home" means present or intended place of residence.
HCBS waivers means the program approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (“CMS”) for the purpose of providing services in community settings for eligible persons with developmental disabilities who would otherwise be served in ICFs.
