Hazardous Discharge definition

Hazardous Discharge shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.19(d) hereof.
Hazardous Discharge means any releasing, spilling, leaking, pumping, pouring, emitting, emptying, discharging, injecting, escaping, leaching, migrating, disposing or dumping (including the movement of any material through or in air, soil, surface or groundwater) of Hazardous Substances, whether on, off, under or from any real property owned, operated, leased or used at any time by Seller or its predecessors.
Hazardous Discharge means any releasing, spilling, leaking, pumping, pouring, emitting, emptying, discharging, injecting, escaping, leaching, disposing or dumping of any Hazardous Substance from or onto any real property owned, leased or operated at any time by any Credit Party or any real property owned, leased or operated by any other party.

Hazardous Discharge means any release or threat of release of a reportable quantity of any hazardous substances on Company’s property.
