Hazardous Conditions definition

Hazardous Conditions refers to the presence on, in or about the Property (including ground water) of Hazardous Materials, the concentration, condition, quantity, location or other characteristic of which fails to comply with the standards applicable, relevant or appropriate under applicable environmental laws.
Hazardous Conditions refers to the existence or presence of any Hazardous Materials on, in, under, or at, the Projects (including air, soil and groundwater) or any portion of any of them.
Hazardous Conditions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.1.3.

Hazardous Conditions means any Hazardous Material or other substances or conditions present at the Premises or any other part of the Project as a result of the act or omission of Tenant or any member of the Tenant Group (including, but not limited to, ownership, operation, and disposal of any equipment which generates, creates, or uses electromagnetic files, x-rays, other forms of radiation and radioactive materials);
