Hazardous air pollutant definition

Hazardous air pollutant means any air pollutant listed as a hazardous air pollutant pursuant to Section 112(b) of the FCAA.
Hazardous air pollutant or “HAP” means any air pollutant listed pursuant to § 112 of the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 7401, et seq., as of the effective date of this regulation.
Hazardous air pollutant means any of the following air pollutants listed in Section 112 of the Act:

Hazardous air pollutant. (HAP) means an air pollutant listed by the EPA under section 112(b) of the FCAA or determined by the Commission to cause, or reasonably be anticipated to cause, adverse effects to human health or the environment.

Hazardous air pollutant or “HAP” means an air contaminant listed in or pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 7412(b).
Hazardous air pollutant means any hazardous air pollutant listed under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 7412 or any extremely hazardous substance listed under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 11002(a)(2).
