Haulage Reference Service definition

Haulage Reference Service means the Demand Haulage Service or the Volume Haulage Service.
Haulage Reference Service means the Commercial Haulage Service, the Demand Haulage Service or the Domestic Haulage Service.
Haulage Reference Service means the Pipeline Service described in section 2.2 of this Access Arrangement.

Haulage Reference Service means the Service described in clause 2.2(b) and provided by the Service Provider in accordance with the Reference Service Agreement; Haulage Reference Tariff or Reference Tariff means a tariff which relates to a Haulage Reference Service, as specified in the Reference Tariff Schedule;

Haulage Reference Service means the Demand Haulage Service or the VolumeHaulage Service. ‘Haulage Reference Tariffs’ means the tariffs applicable to the Haulage Reference Services. ‘Haulage Service Charge’ means the charge payable by a Network User under the Agreement for a Haulage Reference Service as calculated in accordance with the Agreement and the Tariff Schedule from time to time. ‘Insolvency Event’ means the happening of any of the following events in relation to a party to the Agreement:

  • Three-dimensional reference system means a system as described in Appendix 2 to this annex;

This term also encompasses any service that the State finds to be providing a functional equivalent of the service described in the previous sentence, or that is used to evade the protections set forth in this section.

  • Air-to-ground radiotelephone service means a radio service, as that term is defined in 47 CFR 22.99, in which common carriers are authorized to offer and provide radio telecommunications service for hire to subscribers in aircraft.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

A total resource cost test compares the sum of avoided electric utility costs, representing the benefits that accrue to the system and the participant in the delivery of those efficiency measures, as well as other quantifiable societal benefits, including avoided natural gas utility costs, to the sum of all incremental costs of end-use measures that are implemented due to the program (including both utility and participant contributions), plus costs to administer, deliver, and evaluate each demand-side program, to quantify the net savings obtained by substituting the demand-side program for supply resources. In calculating avoided costs of power and energy that an electric utility would otherwise have had to acquire, reasonable estimates shall be included of financial costs likely to be imposed by future regulations and legislation on emissions of greenhouse gases.

  • Toll Billing Exception Service (TBE means a service that allows End Users to restrict third number billing or collect calls to their lines.

  • Industrial maintenance coating means a high performance architectural coating, including primers, sealers, undercoaters, intermediate coats, and topcoats formulated for application to substrates, including floors, exposed to one or more of the following extreme environmental conditions listed below and labeled “For industrial use only;” “For professional use only;” “Not for residential use;” or “Not intended for residential use.”

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
