Hardware Device definition

Hardware Device means an individually addressed and addressable IP-enabled hardware device used by a Registered User, excluding tablets, desktop or laptop personal computers and mobile phones, that contains an integrated Licensee-branded Playback Client, including, without limitation, a set-top box (including without limitation a box with an integrated personal digital recorder (DVR) and/or web browser), an Internet-enabled television, a media extender, a home theater, a game console (including without limitation the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii, and any successor platforms thereto), a network-connected Blu-ray and/or DVD player, and a portable device.
Hardware Device means BSM or its third party providers telematics hardware devices or BSM or its third party provider mobile data terminals, as described in an Order Form.
Hardware Device means any physical device used by Customer in connection with the Services, which may include card readers for payments, mobile phones or tablets. (6) "Mirror Site" means a mirrored version of Customer's website with the same look and feel as, but a different URL than, Customer's website, which is only available if the Yodle Xxx.xxx Ads Service or LBW Ads Service is purchased on a standalone basis.   • Network Interface Device or "NID" is a Network Element (including all of its features, functions and capabilities) that includes any means of Interconnection of End User Customer premises wiring to Qwest's distribution plant, such as a cross connect device used for that purpose. "New Service Provider" means the Party to which an End User Customer switches its local Exchange Service or the Party to which an End User Customer is porting its telephone number(s).

  • Mobile Device means a computing device, typically smaller than a notebook, which runs a mobile operating system, such as iOS, Android, or Windows Phone. Mobile Devices include smart phones, most tablets, and other form factors.

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean Xxxxx. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Modules means the Base Modules and Extended Modules.

  • Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Module means specific portion of the Application Software designated as such in the Documentation made available to the Customer under the Notification Form.

  • Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.
